These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you may use MrBeans and what you can expect from the service. By using MrBeans, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using MrBeans, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use MrBeans to schedule and send short video messages to other people, subject to the rules below:

• You must have the rights to the videos and other content you upload or select for delivery.
• You may not upload, send, or share illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or infringing content.
• You may not use MrBeans to harass, spam, or otherwise misuse the service or its recipients.
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need an account. You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please notify us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Your Content and Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the videos and other content you provide. We do not claim ownership over your content.

To operate the service, you grant MrBeans a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, transcode, and deliver your videos and related content (such as thumbnails and message text) to the recipients you specify, and to perform related technical operations such as creating temporary playback links.

This license exists only so we can provide the service and ends when your content is deleted from our systems, subject to any technical backups and legal retention requirements.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

MrBeans is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. For example, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the extent allowed by law, MrBeans and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, it will be limited to the amount you paid us for the service (if any) during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

You may stop using MrBeans at any time. You can also request that we delete your account and associated content, subject to any legal or technical limits.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk or possible legal exposure for us or for others.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you continue to use MrBeans after the changes take effect, you are agreeing to the updated Terms.
