MrBeans lets you record a short video and have it delivered on a future date. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Account/Contact info (e.g., email) to send messages and notifications.
• Video content & metadata (e.g., file type, duration) to store and deliver your message.
• Usage data (basic logs) to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Deliver scheduled emails with secure links to recipients.
• Detect abuse and troubleshoot issues.

Sharing

We don’t sell personal information. We use trusted processors (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery) under contract, only for operating the service.

Data retention

Videos are retained until delivered (and for a short window afterwards to allow re-share) and then may be archived or deleted per product settings. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest and restrict access to authorized personnel.

Your choices

• Contact support@mrbeans.net to request access, correction, or deletion.
• Recipients can unsubscribe from future notifications using links in emails.
